Thermal is known as a cut-and-sew material for cold weather, but it is roughly divided into two types, waffle and honeycomb, based on the shape of the knitted fabric. This is a waffle shape, and we used thick yarn and a low gauge knitting machine, so the knitted fabric is large, so we named it Big Waffle. The uneven part of the fabric has the function of storing warm air and has excellent heat retention. Contrary to the voluminous feel of the fabric, the fabric stretches moderately, making it extremely comfortable to wear.
Since it is thicker than regular fabric, we use a special sewing machine called a flat seamer to sew the seams flat. Available in 4 colors: last season's white, black, and navy plus a new sand beige. The fabric weighs 13 oz.
