    Thermal is known as a cut-and-sew material for cold weather, but it can be divided into two types based on the shape of the knitted fabric: waffle and honeycomb. This one has a waffle shape, and because it uses thick yarn and a low-gauge knitting machine, the knitted fabric is large, so we named it Big Waffle. The uneven parts of the fabric have the ability to trap warm air and have excellent heat retention. Contrary to the voluminous feel of the fabric, the fabric stretches just the right amount, making it extremely comfortable to wear.

    The hem opening has a box silhouette. Since it is thicker than regular fabric, we use a special sewing machine called a flat seamer to ensure that the seams are flat. The hem opening is overlocked and machine-sewn.
