This shirt has a basic design and was made with reference to deadstock work shirts from the 1930s. The small collar, back yoke length and cuff dimensions are designed to give a clean look. The sewing is done with a simple double stitch with close stitch spacing.
It is dyed using a method from a time when indigo dye was difficult to obtain, and its characteristic is that the changes that occur over time are gradually apparent. The fabric is woven on an old shuttle loom, and does not put excessive tension on the thread, making it soft to wear. The raw material is a blend of American cotton and Australian cotton, and the fabric weighs approximately 6.5 oz. The uniquely shaped buttons are urea buttons, which are highly durable.
