Linen WWII Model Denim

We focused on the possibilities of linen material and created a new denim fabric. 100% linen yarn was indigo rope dyed and then woven on a power loom to create an original denim with selvedge. Rope dyeing linen itself is extremely difficult, a highly challenging technique, and only a limited number of factories in Japan are able to produce this fabric.

The fabric has a glossy finish and a supple yet firm texture. The fabric weighs approximately 12.5 oz and is moderately thick. Linen's water resistance increases the material's resistance to washing, making it ideal for denim pants that are washed and worn repeatedly. The pectin in linen also helps prevent stains, and the fabric is breathable and highly absorbent, so it doesn't stick to your skin even when you sweat, making it a comfortable denim to wear all year round.

Linen is a very environmentally friendly material, as it grows only with natural rainfall and does not require irrigation facilities. It grows quickly and absorbs a lot of carbon dioxide, making it a very environmentally friendly material. It is said to be the oldest fiber in human history, and although it is a material that is deeply related to us, it has a limited range of uses. We noticed this and created an original denim fabric.
