DENM BUSH Pants

The unique pocket shape of these bush pants is a design accent. Bush pants are a type of work pants worn when venturing into the bush, such as the jungle. The "E" in 400E stands for "EXPEDITION."

The fabric is UES's original 14.9oz brown cotton denim. This special order yarn, which is blended with brown cotton during spinning, is rope dyed to a richer, darker color than regular yarn. This original loosely twisted yarn is woven over a long period of time on an old-fashioned power loom, resulting in a fabric that is renowned for its colorfastness.

In terms of stitching, we try to use colorfast cotton thread as much as possible so that it blends in with the color of the fabric. Cotton thread changes naturally over time. The thickness and color of the thread are also changed depending on the stitching location. The fabric is folded over to create a raised area between the double stitching on the belt loops and pocket openings. This protects the stitching with the raised fabric, making it less likely to tear.

UES jeans are never stone washed or processed in any way, so you can enjoy the fading right from the start. The true joy of denim is that the look changes depending on the wearer. Please grow them into UES jeans with love. To enjoy growing them, it is important to first choose a silhouette you like.

The 400E Bush Pants have a straight silhouette with a slight flare towards the hem. The patch pockets on the front and back add a sense of balance to the pants' volume around the waist. They pair well with boots and are recommended for those who find regular denim unsatisfying. Enjoy a different color fade than 5-pocket jeans.
