Five-pocket jeans reproduced using manufacturing techniques from the good old days.
The fabric is UES's original 14.9oz brown cotton denim. The bespoke yarn, which is blended with brown cotton during spinning, is rope-dyed to produce a more profound, darker color than regular yarn. This original weakly twisted yarn is woven slowly on an old-fashioned power loom, creating a fabric that is renowned for its colorfastness.

In terms of sewing, we try to use colorfast cotton thread as much as possible so that it blends in with the color of the fabric. Cotton thread does not have the unpleasant sheen of nylon spun thread, and changes naturally over time. The thickness and color of the thread is also changed depending on the sewing location. The fabric is folded in so that it is raised between the belt loops and the double stitching at the pocket openings. This protects the stitching on the raised fabric, making it less likely to tear.

UES jeans are not stone washed or processed in any way, so you can enjoy the fading right from the start. The best part of denim is how the look changes depending on who wears them. The 400ST slim tapered denim has a shallow rise and a fit that is improved from the waist to the thighs, and then tapered towards the hem for an even better fit.

The rise is shallow, so the back pockets are small to keep the balance. The narrow hem makes it easy to wear with sneakers and jackets. The 400T is recommended for those who feel a bit loose around the thighs and those looking for slim fit jeans.

When wearing, please be careful as it is unavoidable that the color may transfer to clothing and other items it comes into contact with ( especially light-colored items such as white and beige ) . To reduce this, we recommend washing and rinsing in lukewarm water before use. The color may fade when washed, so please be careful not to wash it with other clothing. Color fading is the greatest charm of indigo products. Please understand the characteristics of the product and use it for a long time.
