＜UES printed T-shirts have five main features＞

1) The fabric and print must be compatible
The jersey fabric made with No. 16 single yarn has large stitches, and the rubber print is prone to cracking along the stitch. Also, in the case of dye-in print, the pigment blends well with the fabric, and the print peels off just right.

2) The fabric is highly elastic and does not lose its shape even after repeated washing.
By using UES's original yarn, which is a blend of Desi cotton and organic cotton, we were able to create a highly elastic fabric that makes the most of the characteristics of Desi cotton. Desi cotton is difficult to spin on its own because its fibers are thick and short. This problem was solved by blending it with organic cotton. The excellent elasticity and tenacity of Desi cotton, which is why it is used as a cushioning material, are evident in the product.

3) Original slim fit silhouette
The tight and short pattern is designed to fit the body well with repeated wearing and washing. The finished product is put through a commercial tumble dryer and is in its most shrunk state. Knitted fabric has the characteristic that if you pull the length (length) it will become narrower horizontally (body width), and conversely, if you pull the width (body width) it will become shorter vertically (length). If it feels too tight, pull and stretch the fabric to make it fit your body.

4) Vintage look created by dyeing the product using traditional dyes
The garments are dyed using direct and reactive dyes, which have relatively low color fastness. We choose dyes that fade quickly, as they will blend well with denim, which fades quickly. Product dyeing makes it possible to dye the garment in a variety of different colors. In addition, we apply a bio-processing to the garments after dyeing to add depth to the color and texture of the fabric.

5) Binder neck
The ribbing around the neck is attached in a three-fold binder style. T-shirts often get damaged when they stretch too much around the neck, but UES T-shirts have a thick ribbing with a 25mm binder neck to ensure strength.
