Uneven yarn Oxford button-down shirt

When you think of classic button-down shirts, famous brands such as Ralph Lauren and Brooks Brothers come to mind. Ues tried to differentiate itself from these brands in three ways. First, the color. Indigo Light uses rope-dyed indigo threads for the warp to take advantage of the strengths unique to denim brands, resulting in a pale sax blue color. In addition, it is available in two colors, including white, which is typical of regular button-down shirts.
The second is the use of unevenly shaped yarn. Generally, uneven yarn is not used for button-down shirts, which are designed to be neat, but Ues deliberately used yarn with natural unevenness. As a result, we were able to give the fabric a unique look. The last is the thickness of the fabric. We studied the fabrics of our benchmark brands, adjusted the thickness of the warp and weft threads, and created a fabric that is one rank thicker than those. We went through repeated trial and error in creating the fabric, such as twisting together threads of different counts.
