＜UES printed T-shirts have five major features＞

• ① The fabric and print must be compatible
• The jersey fabric made with No. 16 single yarn has large stitches, so the rubber print is prone to cracking along the knit. Also, in the case of dye-submersion printing, the pigment blends well with the fabric, and the print peels off just right.
• ②The fabric is highly elastic and does not lose its shape even after repeated washing.
• By using UES's original yarn, which is a blend of Desi cotton and organic cotton , we have been able to create a fabric with excellent elasticity that makes the most of the characteristics of Desi cotton. Desi cotton has thick, short fibers, making it difficult to spin on its own. This problem is solved by blending it with organic cotton. The excellent elasticity and tenacity of Desi cotton, which is why it is used as cushioning material, are evident in the product.
• ③Slim fit original silhouette
• The tight and short pattern is designed to fit the body nicely with repeated wearing and washing. The finished product is put through a commercial tumble dryer and is in its most shrunk state. Knitted fabric has the characteristic that when you pull it vertically (length), it narrows horizontally (width), and conversely, when you pull it horizontally (width), it shortens vertically (length). If it feels too tight, pull and stretch the fabric to make it fit your body.
• 4. Vintage look achieved by dyeing the garment using traditional dyes
• The garment is dyed using dyes with relatively low colorfastness , such as direct dyes and reactive dyes . We deliberately use dyes that fade in color to match denim, which fades easily. Garment dyeing makes it possible to dye the garment in a variety of different shades. In addition, we apply a bio-processing after dyeing to further express the depth of the color and texture of the fabric.
• ⑤Binder neck
• The ribbing around the neck is attached using a three-fold binder . T-shirts often get damaged when they stretch too much around the neck, but UES T-shirts have a thick ribbing with a 25mm wide binder neck to ensure strength.
