Indigo Hooded Sweatshirt

This product is made from a fabric based on American cotton and Mexican cotton, but with a blend of cotton waste to give the product a rough look. It is made using an old knitting machine, and the main sizes 3 to 5 are sewn in a tube shape with no seams on either side. The fabric is made to be thick enough to allow for easy sewing of the hood.

The fabric is dyed using a method called product dyeing, and after dyeing, a special wash called bio-wash is applied to give the fabric a soft texture and color, as if it has been worn for a while.

This color unevenness occurs when indigo rope dyed yarn is used and the product is slowly finished using a loop-wheel knitting machine, which is now rare. No two fabrics have the same appearance, and in some cases the color difference is obvious, as in the photo, while in other cases it is not so noticeable. At UES, we value traditional machines and manufacturing methods in order to create products with a warmth, and we create our products with this color unevenness as one of their individual characteristics.

* This product is indigo dyed. When wearing, please be careful as it is unavoidable that the color may transfer to clothing and other items it comes into contact with ( especially light-colored items such as white and beige ) . To reduce this, we recommend washing and rinsing in lukewarm water before use. The color may fade when washed, so please be careful not to wash it with other clothing. Color fading is the greatest attraction of indigo products. Please understand the characteristics of the product and use it for a long time.
