Circle Buckle Belt

The circular buckle is a UES original brass casting with a solid feel. The leather is made from thick cowhide from North America. The leather is processed in large equipment that only two or three factories in Japan have, giving it a firm strength.
Tannin tanning, which involves soaking the leather in approximately 60 pits (large bathtubs) for two months, is also called pit tanning. After tanning the leather, the highest grade leather was selected and polished by craftsmen.
The white bloom (oil components) that stands out, a characteristic of bridle leather, appears as various patterns, creating the individuality of each piece. The more you use it, the less white it becomes and the more glossy it becomes, so it will grow into a one-of-a-kind item for each user.

*The white part that appears on the surface is bloom (a component of the wax that is permeated into the leather during the tanning process). The bloom will gradually fall off over use and will turn into a glossy finish. This is proof that the leather is highly resistant to water and durable, and is not a defect, so please rest assured.
*Please be aware that when you first start using the product, bloom may easily get on your hands and clothes.

*Leather of this thickness can only be obtained from large adult cattle. With the number of large cattle declining, this is a very valuable material. Leather is a natural product, so there will be differences in thickness depending on the individual and the part of the animal. Also, it is inevitable that long-lived cattle will suffer scratches and other injuries during their growth. We of course try to avoid large scratches during the production process, but please understand that minor scratches are proof of the naturalness of the product.
Because it contains a high amount of oil, it may leave oily residue or discolor the leather, so please use with care.
