These herringbone woven shoelaces are the TRAVIS model and are dyed with genuine indigo by Kanai Kogei of Amami Oshima. The cell tip part remains undyed and white, proving that they are handmade. They go perfectly with canvas sneakers. The more you use them, the more character they develop.

Vincent Shoelace was founded by a man and woman duo from Kyoto.
The two came across some lovely shoelaces in an antique shop and upon research discovered they were made in America in the 1950s.
Unfortunately, the string was too short and not long enough to be used.
The two decided to start making the shoelaces that they dreamed of owning.

Shoelaces can affect the impression of shoes. Shoelaces are like hairstyles for humans, and we place emphasis on quality and make them in Japan from materials to finishing. We create samples of the laces we think would be ideal until we are satisfied, and release only the ones we like. If you feel that your favorite shoes have become dirty and have lost their shine after wearing them for a long time, try replacing them with Vincent shoelaces.

The boxes the products come in are original boxes made by artisans in Tokyo's downtown area, with linen-embossed processed paper and gold leaf stamping. The design makes them perfect as gifts.
